How to be fit in 3 steps?

Have the right attitude: Our lives getting busy day by day we may be wondering on  how to stay healthy despite all of this. There are some things that people try to do to stay healthy like going to gym but there are others would purchase dumbbells and adjustable dumbbells to stay fit and healthy. Whatever may your technique be the number 1 tip to stay fit is to stay focussed on your goal. Whether it be cardio exercises or gym workouts or even jogging, keep your mind strong in being focused the whole time that you are planning to exercise.

Have short term goals: Do  not think long term because you would rarely achieve those goals, instead think short term. Take baby steps towards your goal and you will get that. For example when I was in tenth I never planned on getting such and such marks but instead I planned on taking down the chapters of various subjects and be the best I could in that area and finally I was able to score nice marks. You should have some goal like reducing 5 pounds in a week not 50 pounds the next day.


Keep track of your progress and reward yourself: Now no matter how slowly you move there is always some improvement. Keep track of that and reward yourself. Know that if you what you are doing is not moving yourselves closer to the goal then it is moving you farther away from the goal and that is the reason you need to know what is helping you and what is not.
